The cabin property is bordered on the front with the Pine Creek Rails to Trail. On the back there is easy access to the Pine creek for kayaking, inner tubing, swimming, etc. This is an old cabin with lots of wildlife, insects and a small indoor shower in the bathroom. It is not luxurious, modern, or trendy. We have used it as a hunting cabin and a retreat from the fast pace of the world. You will want to bring regular size sheets, towels, toiletries, etc. Pets not permitted.

Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. The house was perfect for all of us to stay together for my mother-in-law‘s funeral and we greatly appreciate her professionalism and would highly recommend this location when visiting the Williamsport area!

Ahhh where to start? This place had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay exactly what we had hoped for. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need from cookware to serving dishes. The game room was spacious and offered plenty of options for hosting a party of 10 for several meals together including a bar area with an ice machine! The great room was perfect for a cozy late night movie! So many bathrooms and bedrooms! The front porch was so peaceful! Layout of the land: from the hot tub on the patio, to the softball and volleyball areas, the nearby covered bridge and just over the bank creekside, we truly enjoyed this location! The only reason I wouldn’t recommend it to potential renters is so that it’s never unavailable for myself. We definitely plan to return!

What a wonderful home! When we pulled up I was so exited to see it was just as beautiful as the pictures. The drive in was also gorgeous. We felt so at home here and I was sad to leave. We traveled with older parents so everything was a little more challenging. This house was one of the only homes I could find with a 1st floor bedroom and bathroom plus a walk in shower. 2 of our family members couldn’t make it so we only used 2 of the bedrooms but there was plenty of room for several more guests. The grounds are beautiful and my kiddo enjoyed exploring by the creek & there is nearby hiking. We got delicious ice cream down the road but did not try any of the nearby restaurants. We used the kitchen a good amount and had no problems! Our trip was to visit family in Williamsport/college graduation… this was far enough away to feel like a vacation but close enough to easily drive into town. The hosts called to check in and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Lauren’s place was huge and furnished with all the things you need to feel at home. The home had a historic feel to it. Some of the furnishings were dated. In spite of being dated, it was very clean. Space heaters were provided, but you don’t really need them. Throw blankets on every chair giving a comfy home feel. Street parking is time restrictive but the driveway is long enough (but very narrow) to accommodate at least 2 small vehicles.
