Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

The cabin is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor jacuzzi and cold tub, as well as an annex with an outdoor living room and sauna, so you can enjoy nice days here, regardless of the weather! Sleeps 12 + 3 mattresses. 5/6 bedrooms. 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms. Perfect for up to 3 families. We can also arrange boat rental upon request

Southern idyll for all ages

Clean and simple accommodation in Mandal. One double room and one single room are rented out per night. The rooms are rented with bed linen/towels. Possibility of extra sleeping space on sofa bed in double room. (120 cm) There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Large patio with fireplace and barbecue. The garden is nice for playing. There is NO living room/family room, but a TV corner in the double room. Secure free parking in the backyard. 5 minutes walk to Mandal City Center. Convenient food shop nearby. Walking distance to many great beaches and a rich cultural life.

Beachfront property in Lyngdal

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Skolands cabin

Cozy cabin in the forest with central location and simple standard. Leave your busy everyday life at home and just enjoy the silence and nature. Sunbathe on the terrace, go for a walk in the woods or take a bath in the river that flows past 50 meters from the cabin. NB!!! Please read text and description carefully. This is a "back to nature" cabin with simple standard. Not a 5 star hotel. Solar cell system to charge tel and to light in the ceiling. Gas fridge and stove. The cabin has an outdoor toilet, this is emptied by the cabin owner.

Modern cabin with good sun conditions. High standard, child-friendly and located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seats for approx. 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor areas. On the fire pit you can cook barbecue food or use as a cozy place on late evenings. Many nice activities in the nearby area - trips, fishing from the jetty, swimming, campfire on the nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. A unique small one-room cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
