The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

Absolutely quiet nest in one of the most lively and chic neighborhoods in Lyon. Ideal for anyone traveling for work or for couples looking to explore the city. The home is within walking distance of: -30 seconds from public transport and shops. -15 min to the part-dieu train station/direct shuttle to the airport. -3 min from the Golden Head Park in the city. - Fully equipped kitchen with cutting knives:) -Quartier with the best bars/restaurants/nightclub in Lyon.

Charming studio with garden

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

You will be charmed by the volume of this apartment, with its stone wall and French ceiling. Furnished in an open space loft style, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Its 3.80 m ceiling height gives it a unique atmosphere. Its architecture is typical of the listed district of Croix-Rousse, a true cradle of the 'Canuts', name of the Lyonnais weaving workers. Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!

The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (without toilet) will provide comfort and privacy to the occupants. 2 separate toilets. This place is not a party place. No noise pollution will be tolerated in the condominium and apartment.
