This farmhouse is located at the gates of Anjou. Winegrowers and village five minutes away. You can enjoy the Puy-du-Fou 55 minutes away, the Futuroscope is 1h20 away, the first castles of the Loire are 30 minutes away, the Doué-en-Anjou biopark is 20 minutes away, karting seven minutes away, Parc de la Vallée 10 minutes away, canoeing, cycling, hiking... You can go and collect eggs from the henhouse and feed the chickens. Our horses are close to the house. Pets allowed if well behaved!

A shower room and separate toilet Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1st a 160 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bed. The 2nd 3 beds of 90 x 190 cm, two beds can be put together. Come and stay for a weekend, a week or more in the Pays de Loire region, in an atypical property renovated with a lot of passion. Old mill dating from 1833, renovated in 2018 offering living room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms with stunning views, shower room, toilet, living room/kitchen, terrace. Linens and towels are available for a fee. Cleaning is to be done upon departure, otherwise you can request the paid service. Accommodation for 6-8 people.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay...
