Super worth every penny kasi you have lots of things to do especially if you are the type na balak magstay lang talaga sa mismong pad. We stayed at Mary's pad for 3D2N and all I can say is nakapag rest and relax kami ng bongga. Malinis, mabango ung unit, you can cook AND complete mga kitchenwares! We didn't get bored din kahit na di kami naka visit sa pool kasi pwede ka mag playstation, magnetflix, mag card games and videoke na sa unit mismo. Plus points pa ung pet friendly ung unit! Super nag enjoy furbabies namin! Thank you again Ms. Mary for this wonderful experience at your pad! We'll definitely go back! I've been here a few times and it's always a pleasure to come back. Modern room, comfortable bed, high speed internet and the superb cleaning service.

Place is very nice large sliding doors/windows so you get a nice breeze and plenty of natural light. I took advantage of the daily cleaning.The cleaning staff is very friendly. Does a good job. The complex itself is first class. The apartment complex is as described on the listing. I would definitely stay again.

5/5 – Great stay, would come back! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Super accommodating host and the AC worked like a dream, which is a lifesaver in this heat. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. Only thing I’ll say, whoever picked the wall art might have been going through something. Abstract dolphin riding a motorcycle? Bold choice. Still, it gave us a good laugh and became kind of a running joke during our stay. Would absolutely book again. Thanks for a great experience!

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

I stayed here for 30 days while attending an English academy. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing me to rest well, and the room condition was quite good. Among everything, the speaker became my precious companion. Although Netflix was available, this speaker kept me company throughout the month, making my stay much less lonely. The house also had excellent soundproofing, so no matter how loud the volume was, it couldn't be heard from outside. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They even helped me get medicine when I had an upset stomach. I truly appreciate everything and will cherish the memories of my month-long stay. Thank you!

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

What a fantastic Airbnb! We spent 4 nights here and had a truly great time. The space was impeccably clean, we felt completely safe, and the neighborhood was lovely.
