This is the ideal space to spend a few days with friends or gather the family in a rural and welcoming environment. An invigorating dip in the pool or watching the birds fuss in the backyard. Recovering a stone house, keeping the ancestral and typical details was a challenge, but one that we gladly accepted, guided by the desire to preserve history and memory. Be welcome.

Riu's House

Riu's place once a tavern sits on the original route of the N2 and is over 70 years old. It consists of two floors connected by a narrow staircase. Downstairs we find two bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room and the kitchen. On the first floor, two double bedrooms and a hall with direct access to the outside! It has a terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals, a large garden area and in the highest area of the property is the swimming pool and a leisure area with lawn.

Closest at 2 and 5 km, and large reservoir nearby with water sports facilities, canoe rental and wakeboard courses. The popular river beach of Cardigos is 5 km away.

It is located five minutes away from “Clube Náutico do Trizio”, where the guests may wakeboarding and practice other water sports.This place is perfect for inspiring and relaxing vacations, in a remote and idyllic location. The guests may relax at the balcony or walk through the garden with direct access to the lake.

Watch the sun and moon rise from your veranda, relax in the hammock strung between orange trees or take a dip in your own private saltwater plunge pool (5m x 3m x 1.2m). For breakfast or lunch you can buy fresh artisan bread, delivered daily, and pick and juice oranges straight from the garden (seasonally dependent).
