We have a luxury bathroom with a fabulous shower with a heated floor. There are also comfy chairs in the sitting room/ kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Note: we’re not set up for small children.

Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Elphin is a warm, stylish studio with views from all windows over a beautiful little valley facing north and east, terraced gardens, native ferns and a sunny deck. As you lie in your cozy bed you can watch the trees and birds from beautiful large windows in three different directions. Please do note that if you have any challenges at all with mobility, Elphin is not recommended.
