Leve toda a família a este ótimo lugar com muito espaço para se divertir. Lembrando que o espaço é em um condomínio de luxo, com segurança 24horas, onde no mesmo possui, quadra de tenis, campo de futebol, salão de festas(completo) parte com piscina, 2 porteiras, a menos de 500m da praia. Valendo ressaltar que a casa é bem ampla e espaçosa, onde cuidamos com muito zelo e a mesma possuí piscina, churrasqueira, apoio extra com ar-condicionado e mais sofa-camas extras, possuí 5 banheiros ao todo.

Our lovely spacious and modern house is located in a tranquil and secure setting, on one of Brazil's most beautiful beaches! With lots of nature, it is the ideal place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In an enclosed condominium and only 2 minutes' walk from the beach, it is a perfect place for an extended holiday or for digital nomads who want to work from a tropical paradise. We can also arrange assistence to non-portuguese speakers (shopping, driving, etc.).

A tranquil night scene features a reflective pool, bordered by pots of greenery. Flowers in vibrant hues add color around the edges, while soft lighting illuminates the area, creating a peaceful atmosphere enhanced by the presence of tropical plants.

Charming beach villa with a pool

The villa is very spacious and well organized, attention to every detail overlooks a garden with palm trees a small staircase leads directly to the beach the sea is very calm because there is a double reef, so pools are formed where you can immerse yourself in the clear and crystal clear water! At the back of the villa is the swimming pool with a private bathroom and the massage room (you can book a massage). In the laundry area there is a room with a bathroom for any employees.

Amazing Villa by the beach

Wonderful villa with large tropical garden, private pool, gated community adjacent to the beautiful beach of Angra de Ipioca. The village of Paripuera with the shops and the market is at 5 minutes by car or 40 minutes by foot. Maceió, the state capital, is 22 km south.
