The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. Two story holiday home with absolute beach frontage accommodates a range of guest preferences. Please note, ‘Entire house’ - no one else will be residing at the property.
