The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description with the addition of fans in each room, very useful in this period of high heat. The flexibility for check-in and check-out was very convenient. We booked for a private event that was 10 minutes away by car, so a perfect location in this setting.

A place in the countryside, just beautiful!! Everything is great! The studio is cozy, very well arranged with an incredible view! The wellness area is just great!!! Relaxation and rest guaranteed!! We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Five days in the Annecy region and the location of this cottage was fantastic. Close to everything, yet quiet. Upon arrival, everything was extremely clean and Paul was super easy to reach with questions. The swimming pool was a little too cold for our 1-year-old child on arrival, but Paul turned up the heating a little higher without any problems. For a couple who wants to explore the region around the lake, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The place is great. Julien makes an extreme effort to ensure that everything is in order and gives valuable tips for activities nearby. Unfortunately, there is no bakery and no supermarket in the village, but it can be reached in 8 minutes by car. The large terrace is very quiet and relaxing.

Pretty and spacious studio. Well equipped, cozy, and clean. The shower is tall and very pleasant. Good quality linens. The Bibistrot restaurant 5 minutes away is a pearl. Angelina's welcome was great, especially since we got lost when we arrived and she helped us locate the cottage. Thanks again! The climb to the cottage is a little tricky. The road is narrow and very steep, avoid going there if you have a car too low.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. All our needs were thought out and fully met. The kitchen had everything for cooking and the seating area was quite comfortable. The location was also quite good; we had a pleasant time in a quiet and peaceful environment. The host was also extremely kind and communicative, quick to help with everything. The only thing missing was a hair dryer in the house.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

We had a great time with the family (13 people), in this beautiful cottage, pleasant to live in even many. The bedding is comfortable. Only small problem is the frequency of shuttles especially during return times, with expectations that can reach an hour.

We are a couple with two teenagers. and we had a very pleasant stay in Mickaël's house! The house is located in an extremely quiet environment, and 15 minutes from the ski resort of Saint François Longchamp. It's very comfortable, and has all amenities. Located in the village of La Chambre, all shops are within walking distance in 2 minutes! In addition, Mickaël is a very responsive host who made our check-in and check-out easier!

We stayed at Bruno's place for ten days during a cycling trip. It was the perfect spot for 4 guys with separate bedrooms. The upstairs area, living room and kitchen, is fantastic and spacious with nice views. The terrace is useful and relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. The storage room for bikes (or skis) was extremely helpful. Bruno was nice enough to allow the bike rental company to deposit the bikes there two days early because of a holiday situation. Parking was always easy (across the street). The only comment we had was that there are tenants downstairs. The listing creates the impression that one rents the entire house. That said, we never heard or saw them until the final day when we checked out (she checked the upstairs). Internet was blazing fast, TV worked great. It's an easy walk to the pedestrian area in Bourg with restaurants. The Lidl is walkable, but if you prefer Super-U a car is a must. Bruno's place is highly recommended!

Everything is really excellent, the hosts are very friendly, recommendable and very respectful, but the place is a piece of paradise and the views of the ropes and the top of Mont Blanc and close to Chamonix, when I repeat the visit I will stay again with them Thank you

Axelle's house is really amazing; everything anyone can ask. Beautiful, big, with nice facilities, fully equipped, in a nice and quite village. It was the second time we booked and stayed at Axelle's house and for sure we will go back next year. Axelle was really nice and friendly, and very easy to communicate for whatever we needed during our stay. I fully recommend it. 5 stars for sure!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Great stay with my son , Stephanie is very responsive and welcoming , the accommodation is impeccable very well decorated functional. Everything was perfect
