The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern studio apartment, in a building constructed in 2008 with anti-seismic construction, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general shops and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Island Mountain.

It's a two story home. Bottom apartment is where I will be staying. Upstairs apartment will be for guests. Huge master bedroom with queen size bed for two people and two extra rooms that accommodate two people each at a lower rate of €10 per night each person. Fully equipped kitchen. The village's bathing areas are nearby, as well as public transportation. In the vicinity of the apartment there are grocery stores and also the County Health Center There are 4 tennis courts in the area (2 in the campsite where there is also a Bar and the others in the Jardim dos Maroiços area right in the center of the Village).
