Our place is a pleasant 12-minute walk from the Reids Palace, 25-minute walk from Park Santa Catarina, 30-minute walk from the historic Cathedral for those who enjoy a relaxing pace, or a short 5-minute drive. This light-filled ground-floor flat, with a huge total private patio with partial ocean view, offers queen-size bed suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and an office. Two bathrooms: one private (with a shower) and one with a bathtub. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.

This recently ground floor, spacious refurbished apartment is located on the beautiful bay of Madalena do Mar, reputed to have the best climate on the island, and is close to cafés, restaurants and across the road from the promenade built alongside the beach. At the end of the promenade you will find a sandy beach.

A spacious bed is dressed in light bedding and adorned with floral accents. A breakfast tray is positioned on the bed, featuring two drinks and small decorations. Two folding chairs are placed at the foot of the bed, and natural light filters in through a nearby window, adding warmth to the space.
