There was no damage to our property from Hurricane Helene, we are open. Unique 450 sq ft studio space with attached greenhouse and detached outhouse (compost toilet). People love the cozy feel of custom woodwork and natural light that gives Orchard the intimate appeal of a home, that is also a personal retreat. Folks have described the place as ‘perfect’ and ‘dreamy’. Orchard is 22 minutes drive to Asheville and close to nature. Very cozy for one or two, even a small family on a trip

A 10ftx10ft treehouse built around a hickory tree with a wood deck. It looks over a creek 30 feet below. There are electric switches/outlets and fan/oil heater. Climb a ladder to the sleeping loft with a standard full size bed. The loft has a peak high enough to stand up under. Cook outside on gas grill. No running water but there's a drinking water dispenser. The bathroom is a composting toilet and outdoor shower with solar tank at the end of a 25ft path, adjacent to the treehouse.
