高崎駅からアクセスの良い閑静な住宅街にあり、とても静か住環境でぐっすり眠れました。築浅の建物でお部屋はとても広く清掃が行き届いており、センスの良い落ち着いたインテリアで統一されていて、すぐにくつろぐことができました。 オーナー様がチェックインの方法を事前に送ってくださり、それを見ながら簡単に部屋に入ることができました。朝からGメッセで研修だったため、チェックイン前に荷物の預かりをお願いしたところ快く承諾してくださり大変助かりました。仕事で高崎に来る時はまた利用したいと思います。

We enjoyed our stay. The location was central to lower Nikko and made food and catching the bus easy.

物件は駅に近く、観光に便利です。 駅には近いですが、大きい通りに面してはいないので外の音はそこまで気になりませんでした。 室内は清潔で、設備も綺麗に管理されており快適に使用できました。 床が少し柔らかい素材で、子供にも適しているお部屋でした。

제공되는 주소를 구글 맵으로 검색했을때 바로 접속이 인되서 호스트에게 문의해서 검색가능한 주소를 받았습니다 다행히 빠르게 응대해주셔서 체크인 잘 할 수 있었어요 매유 청결한 숙소였습니다

Beautiful and brand new place - impeccably clean. We were so thrilled to find this place for our family. We have 2 small kids and the trundle beds were perfect. Kitchen and living areas are open and relaxing. Place is close to Naka-Karuizawa station and a walk away from Terune Terrace and other local eateries. Check in and communication were very smooth. If I had to point something out, it's that there is only 1 bathroom so for a larger family, it may be a bit inconvenient, but otherwise this place is perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House was very comfortable for 4 of us. kitchen is fully stocked and bathroom was a great size. included parking was very convenient

民宿主人非常主動且即時的通知與回覆。房間非常乾淨，而且浴室、廁所各有兩間，還有三個洗手台，適合多人住宿。並且提供退房後行李與汽車寄放，真的非常貼心。如果下次還有機會再訪日光，絕對再次選擇此房源。

とても快適に過ごせました。 ホストの方に質問したところすぐにレスポンスがあり、安心して利用することができました。 お部屋も清潔で、家具はおしゃれで、写真通りの素敵な空間でした。 設備も充実しており、駅からかなり近く、利便性も高いので、長期滞在にもぴったりだと思います。 自分の家のようにリラックスして過ごすことができ、大満足だったので、また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

リフォームされて綺麗な部屋でした。 冷蔵庫が2ドアの独立冷凍庫があるタイプで飲み物を冷やしたり保冷用の氷を作ったりするのにとても助かりました。 電子レンジや電気ポットもあるので何かを温めたりもできます。 温泉大浴場も綺麗でとても良かったです。部屋に扇風機があるので、温泉で温まった後に部屋で扇風機を浴びながら地ビールを飲む、誠に贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。 部屋にもお風呂がありますが、水圧がとても弱く、給湯の温度も安定せずしませんので部屋の風呂は諦めて大浴場を利用することになると思います(お湯で手を洗ったりはできます)。 越後湯沢駅にはお土産屋さんや飲食店がたくさんあります。道の駅も周辺にいくつかあるので、お土産も美味しいものもたくさん手に入りますので困ってしまいます。。。 チェックイン、チェックアウトはネット上で行うタイプです。 総合的にオススメできるお宿だと思いました。湯沢に行くならリピートする可能性は十分にあります。 素敵な滞在となりました、ありがとうございました。

在後站的主要幹道上，離超市非常近。雪板放1F鐵櫃（可以上鎖）、樓梯比較窄也蠻陡的，穿雪鞋的話走樓梯要小心！ 非常安靜、空間大、電器很多種類，都有製作成簡易的說明書可以看～ 回覆很快速！

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Oyama! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps from Oyama Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. The apartment itself was perfect for our family. After staying in a small Tokyo hotel, our kids were thrilled to have space to stretch out and relax. The apartment was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would be ideal even for a longer-term visit. But the absolute highlight was our host, Sachie. She went above and beyond in every way—answering countless questions before and during our stay, meeting us at the station, and guiding us to the apartment. Her kindness and helpfulness made our experience truly memorable. Honestly, Sachie is the best host we’ve ever had. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Have stayed here last year and hope to stay again next year. Between 2 stations with an easy walk to either. Nice quiet local neighbourhood, older property, but has everything you need.

Ce logement est un véritable petit appartement japonais. les futons sont très confortables et tout les équipements nécessaires sont disponibles. Kouichi et Teru sont très amicales et font tout leur possible pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. je conseille vivement

I stayed there with my family. The place was homely and calm. The environment was calm.

It is a amazing place, especially with the host being so attentive and responsive, They always gave me clear instructions on how to get there and some stuff are labeled in house so it is easy to get around. Shout out to how clean and organized it was. As well as how peaceful. Definitely 10 out of 10. The location is good even for going to Tokyo everyday. It is perfect for the Greater Tokyo Pass as Iwatsuki Station is part of the valid lines in that pass. Using the Tobu Line and Tokyo Skytree Line you can easily move and reach to interesting areas, including Nikko, Yokohama and even Odawara (close to Hakone)

とてもきれいなお部屋でした。 お布団もひいてあり、夜に到着したので、すぐに寝ることができて良かったです。 隣に温泉施設があり、歩いて2分のところに神社と公園もあります。 観光も楽しめるし、ゆっくりと過ごすこともできます。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Ein kleines Appartment, wo man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Waschmaschine vor der Türe und ein grosser Supermarkt in 10 min Entfernung.

Mr. Mohinder provide us with the best living experience in Nikko. It’s not far from the Shimo-Imaichi station and with the great weather, it was great to go for a walk! The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed, from shampoo to plates! Mr. Mohinder is also a great communicator and replies fast, which allowed for a smooth booking. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again! Thank you Mr. Mohinder!
