In Nishinari-ku, Osaka-shi, you can still find old Japanese row houses. We had a unique accommodation designed by T2P Architects, a disciple of the world-famous architect Tadao Ando. The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. At the same time, the concept of "co-housing" combines independent units that ensure privacy with a central garden that encourages interaction between residents. Our building has received numerous honors, including the ArchDaily 2023 Annual Architecture Nomination, the 2022 Good Design Award, the January 2023 cover of SPACE Magazine in Korea, and the November 2023 cover of Wallpaper Magazine.

The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka, so it's easy to access a lot of popular and famous places! It takes only 1 - 2 min walk from the station to the apartment. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby!
