Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Maenam Beach

This has been my second stay at the property. The rooms are great, based on numerous, consistent good qualities, e.g. location, space, cleanliness, service, tranquility, which are also mentioned by others. The host, Laurent is consisently responsive, available to provide solutions to make the stay experience comfortable. And special thanks to the staff team who are always kind, accommodating, and efficient.

we had a great stay here, everything was clean and georgy was such a helpful and responsive host. the room was gorgeous and so was the view. the location is beautiful and in a quiet area. the wifi only worked for the second day but apart from that we have no complaints at all.

I chose this place mainly because there is a Kitchen and Lamai is my favorite place in Koh Samui. Luckily there was a huge terrace with a fantastic view where I spent hours every day watching what happened in the lush nature. I like the ocean, but the infinity pool was fantastic. I had it all to myself for hours most days...floting on my air mattress watching the incredible view. The best supermarket (Makro) on the island is just around the corner. You need a scooter to get around. Rental is cheap...but be focused when driving. 3 minutes to Lamai beach and less than a minute to Makro supermarket.

The place was very nicely decorated and the view was incredible. Due to the heavy rain before our stay, the way to the accommodation was broken. However, this was still repaired within a few hours during our stay. The location is also very good. You have everything you need nearby and the beach is in front of the door. Olga is a very helpful and nice host. Communication went smoothly.

Stay was very good, very easy and flexible check-in and the hostess was always available by phone and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and water etc. were provided Pool was also great and was cleaned daily. Overall stay was really very good, only had good experiences with the property.

Absolute pleasure staying here. The place was clean and the view was beautiful. Martin is a superb host who went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay memorable.

Large studio apartment with a mountain view (lovely to wake up the morning to). Smart TV, kitchen etc. Excellent location on eastern side of island - 15/20 minutes drive/ride to biggest shopping centre on island and biggest nightlife options, however you are also 5-10 minutes away from the beach and other excellent shopping and nightlife options. The location is just quiet enough but still close to everything. The scenery is much better on this side of the island IMO especially as you head further south or inwards to the mountains. Recommend.

Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. Would 💯 % recommend to anyone especially large groups. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and use your amazing villa it’s be fantastic 🙏

This place is just as described in the listing. We (husband, wife, and 8 to) loved our time here. It was delightful to be directly on the beach. There are quite a few places walking either direction down the beach (or street in the other side). Our host was very responsive and helpful with advice for places to go and laundry etc. The ocean was warm and the beach was beautiful. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We felt very comfortable. Maya thought of everything and always helped us during the vacation and gave us tips. The place is beautiful. You feel right at home and the pool was the absolute highlight. Thank you for the wonderful holiday!☺️

Very nice villa with a very nice view. Of course, you have to cope with steep mountains, but who wants this view also expects it. 1 bed would need to be renewed. The outdoor lighting is very nice for a larger group.

Great Host, great location and lovely villa!

We had two really great nights at this villa, the views and the facilities are incredible. Very spacious and well equipped villa that can comfortably house 8-10 people. The live-in maid was fantastic and very accommodating. The only downside is the construction of new villa next door to this villa which was loud at times. Also I recommend to rent a 4x4 SUV as the route up and down the villa is quite challenging. Overall this is a great place to stay if you have a big group of people. Highly recommend.

Been to Phangan couple of times, this was definitely a great place to stay especially if you work remotely. Will definitely be looking to stay here when we come again!

Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

I really enjoyed my stay. Far enough away from everything that it’s very peaceful at night. If you rent a bike this place is absolutely ideal. Plenty of parking. The room was great. Very quick response time with any inquiries. Also they had a clean arranged for me within 24 hours as requested. Will definitely stay again

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

This place was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was amazing at replying to messages and greeted us when we arrived. We had a moped so it was super easy to get to lovely beaches and restaurants which there were many of. I’d definitely stay here again for the price and quality😄

I have zero complaints. Great place with everything you need. Area seems to be developing but everything you need is within a 10 minute walk

Great compact condo at the best beach on Koh Samui. The complex has everything you could wish for during your stay. Leonie and Barton were great hosts too!

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)
