We loved our stay in the loft of Jennifer. Amazing view over the city. Nice garden. Cool appartment. Exciting neighborhood.

Capy welcomed us very well, was very kind and was always available to assist us. It's a very nice staff. We felt at home. The house is very cozy , the pool is wonderful. The garden is a cinema thing, take the opportunity to make many photos. There are boats available at all times. We're already looking forward to returning .

We loved the days we spent in Rio. House is just like the pictures, everything was very clean, with furniture, utensils, we found everything we needed We were greeted by Mr. Mauro and he is very friendly, he helped us a lot with tips for tours, restaurants. always ready to help us. The atmosphere is very familiar, we can enjoy the pool Anyway, everything was very good, I have nothing to complain about, just to thank Mr. Mauro and Mrs. Rosangela for the stay. The loft is exactly as described and as in the photos. Even better, actually. Monica and Henrique take care of every detail, make everything important available and is super considerate. You can feel the care in the details. They had fruits,snacks, and a delicious cake waiting for us upon arrival! The location is excellent, close to everything: beach, pharmacy, bakery, market. I will come back many times!

Very good experience, super pleasant stay, the chalet is super cozy, the very quiet street in a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood, close to every type of commerce, which can go on foot, only 6 km from the center of Fribourg and halfway to various local tourist attractions, such as parks, waterfalls, trails, peaks, etc.

The home is really as described. All very clean, organized, good and clean towels. What was most important to me was the speed when responding to messages and the flexibility of check in. Our host was Mrs. Maria José who helped us a lot with local tips, suggestions and ease for everything. Arrisco say that Dona Maria José was at serious risk of being brought to Rio de Janeiro with us. A love of a person!

My family and I had an amazing weekend at this property! We were received with great affection and respect by Glaucia and her husband. Extremely attentive and dedicated to all our needs. The accommodation was impeccably clean and scented just right. Everything was very organized. Excellent quality bed linen and towels. A place surrounded by greenery, by a lot of nature. Ideal place for those looking for peace and quality. The hosts were wonderful! Dedicated and helpful at all times. They made us feel super comfortable, but without abandoning us. Our stay at the Rose loft was simply wonderful! The site is extremely cozy, surrounded by lush nature, and the sound of nature brings a unique feeling of peace and relaxation. The loft is very well equipped, with appliances, utensils and various treats that have made our experience even more special, such as fruit, biscuits, mineral water, lantern and umbrella. Rose welcomed us with great affection, always attentive and ready to help, as well as surprising us with a basket filled with delights soon upon arrival. Every detail demonstrates the care and zeal with which she keeps the space. Unfortunately, this time we were unable to take advantage of the natural pool, but we are already excited to come back and live this experience as well. Undoubtedly, it is a true refuge for those who seek tranquility, contact with nature and unforgettable moments. Thank you so much for everything, Rose!

Location with easy access. The host Leo is friendly, with pleasant conversations and great tips. The place is true to the photos of the ad. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, a delicious smell in everything. Great bathroom, with warm water. Good quality Sheets and Towels. Last but not least, a delicious balcony overlooking the vegetation, where we had our coffee and wine in the evening. Everything was perfect

We rented the house for my husband's birthday Fábio is a dear, he made the entire description clear and objective We had no difficulties in getting to the place The house is impeccable, everything is tidy, organized, clean and of great quality It was perfect for what I wanted! It is located in the interior of Terê, but it was something I needed. The house is reserved, with silence and calm

This accommodation is simply perfect! The view is simply enchanting, impossible to stop looking. The house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you need to rest, relax and forget about everything. Soft bed, clean and spacious bathroom, kitchen equipped with the basics to have a good time. There are no words to describe Andréa and her husband. Wonderful hosts, super friendly and helpful! Amazing people, it was great to be with you!

The place is Amazing! Much more beautiful than the photos. Quiet and quiet place. The house has everything we need, very well equipped. Christine welcomed us very well. Very friendly and requests. She even lent us coats because we weren't so prepared for the cold! The house is a 5-minute drive from great restaurants and markets. About 15 minutes to the center. We will certainly come back more often.

The Márcia estate is excellent for resting and family moments. The structure of the house is excellent, we have had incredible days with our family.

The stay was great! The apartment is very comfortable, with good thermal comfort even on colder days. The kitchen is well equipped, which made it much easier during the trip. The location is very good, close to the Railway Station and Rua Torta, tourist attractions of the city. An extra plus is the free parking in front of the house, which makes it easy for those who are driving. The host Maria was extremely friendly and always available to help. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Wonderful stay, very nice host, charismatic, a lovely person (Dona Nilda) I absolutely recommend the place, first world treatment, I loved the cozy place, everything perfect. (The only complaint is that the TV in the room wasn't working in the option we wanted, but nothing has changed about it, however it is something to improve)

Maria’s place was exactly what we needed during our 10 day stay in Brazil. It was close to all the nearby beaches and tours we did during our time there. Maria let us check in once we got there which was amazing, we had the opportunity to settle in and enjoy rio the same day we got there. The apartment was perfect for us 3 and even accommodated 2 more people! I definitely recommend Maria’s place if you ever come to Brazil!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment and had a wonderful time there. The atmosphere is pleasantly familial, the neighborhood friendly, and the location simply ideal. The apartment is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Botafogo, yet only a 15-minute walk from the subway, perfect for exploring Rio from there. The area is also very safe, and I felt completely at ease walking outside alone at night. Marcia and Luiz are incredibly warm and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very flexible with the timing. The apartment is fully equipped, so I was able to prepare more elaborate meals over the holidays, when many of the restaurants were closed. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I hope to return someday!
