The kitchen and living area is fully equipped with everything you could need including a 55 inch smart TV. There is a private hot tub with pergola cover which allows the roof slats to open and close. The hob tub is electric and can be used as much as you like during your stay. Situated close to local amenities and central to many of Northern Ireland's tourist destinations. A rare jewel. Ballyboe is a traditional Donegal Cottage built well over 100 years ago yet modernized to give the guest the best of both worlds. Set in its own 9 acres of farmland the cottage combines total seclusion and privacy with surrounding farmland (guests get sole use of whole site) yet close to many attractions and nearby towns. The accommodation is designed mainly for up to 5 people - double bed in one room and 3 singles in another but can sleep 7 at a squeeze. No pets please.
