Close to all amenities by car: 2 minutes from a grocery store, 5 minutes from a butcher, bakery, fishmonger and restaurants, 10 minutes from Université de Sherbrooke and a large shopping mall, 20 minutes from Mont Orford and Lake Memphremagog. City bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.

Located in a roundabout near the university and 410. Large apartment in semi-basement with large window. No shared rooms, independent outdoor entrance and self exit. Room 2 is locked, open from a reservation of 3 people (you can be 2 and book for 3). We live above and we have two young boys. The large oven no longer works, but there is a mini oven. Parking available. *Parties prohibited
