Very comfortable family home

House in the countryside very close to the sea, 10 min walk, with pool. This house offers a terrace with exceptional views of the countryside and the sea The heat is tempered by the breeze coming from the nearby sea as it is located at a height. You will be 32 km from Flamingo Golf Course and 48 km from ELJEM Amphitheater. Nearest airport is Monastir Habib Bourguiba International located 43 km from my house.

New apartment, bright and well equipped (TV, air conditioning, satellite antenna, IPTV, washing machine, oven, stove, dishes, bedding, crib, costs solve WiFi,...). The apartment is 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the city center. We have installed a water supply system so that if the city turns off the water for the entire city due to the drought, the water supply remains guaranteed.

Ghazal’s house is something special. If you are looking for traditional Tunisian decor, look no further! Chebba was a great stop travelling from Tunis to Djerba. Her mum Monia checked us in and helped and even delivered us food. They are so lovely and helpful, it made our stay so special. The pool is small but perfect and the kids loved it. (3 adults and 2 kids) We will be sure to be back to this beautiful place. Highly recommend!! Thank you again Ghazel and Monia 🩷

Our stay in Mehdia was unforgettable! Elyes's beachfront apartment exceeded our expectations. Waking up to ocean views was a dream. Elyes went above and beyond as a host, and Fattouma's warm welcome made us feel right at home. The location was perfect - just as advertised. We're already planning our next visit!

We had a pleasant stay in this functional apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The different terraces offer beautiful views of the sea and the city of Mahdia, a real asset. The apartment was clean and the residence was secure, which is very reassuring. Only small downsides: no microwave and no air conditioning in one bedroom. However, it didn't spoil our overall experience. We recommend it 100/100!

We had a wonderful stay at this traditional and very clean house in Mahdia, rented by Salma. The decor is authentic and the location is ideal, close to the old town, cafes and restaurants. We found a shaded parking spot just a few meters away. Although the neighborhood is lively, it's not too noisy. We traveled with a small child and slept without a problem every night. Next to the house is also a hammam, which adds a very unique local atmosphere. I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Mahdia.
