It is a good place and you can have a nice time working and living here. All facilities are there to make this a vivid coliving - a nice kitchen, a garden area, spacious couches and a common desk area. (The pictures are 100% real). I regret that I had no real contact to the other guests though during my short 3 days stay. But when I ran into a gathering of Athul with his friends I got invited to join and felt like an old friend immediately – indian hospitality at its best. The place is in walking distance from downtown with a good selection of restaurants, shops, markets and the railway station. It's a residential area still so if you're planning on activities like going to the beaches be prepared to take a Rikshaw.

This was my first stay at a homestay. I wasn't sure what to expect. However it turned out to be a great experience. We were welcomed with a refreshing lemonade drink by friendly host. They helped us settle down quickly. All amenities are good. We being strict vegetarian, kitchen was really useful. Thank you Babu and special thanks to Amma as well. Beach is just five minutes walk where we spent lots of time.

The three of us girls were here at the end of our backpacking trip through India for 3 nights. It was fantastic & exactly what we wanted: a clean beach, clean seawater for swimming, very quiet, lots of nature, delicious food and a very warm host. The path through the backwater to the beach was exactly as described, very easy and within walking distance. We always got the very very delicious breakfast and dinner together with the other guests & it was such a nice conversational atmosphere. We can recommend the Roba Café for snacks, a toilet and cool drinks on the beach in between. The host was also always able to organize a tuk tuk for us, so you can also get to Kannur in the busier area. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything, we were able to relax so wonderfully and sincerely hope that we can come back again. Should we be in Kannur again, we will definitely plan a beach vacation again!! 😊🌊🏖️☀

We had a lovely time at Sangeeth's, he was a warm and welcoming host, staying up to check us in late, making us good coffee and giving us great recommendations of things to do arround Kannur. Kannur is a great city with amazing food, beaches and a rich folk culture, this a great value place if you want to experience all of these things.

5-Star Stay with Exceptional Hospitality – Thanks to Host Mubeena! My recent stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the host,mubeena from the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The place itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. But what truly made our experience special was “Mubeena’s kindness”She not only arranged transportation for us, making it so much easier to explore the area, but also prepared a “delicious breakfast” for morning. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a stay with a personal touch, I highly recommend this Airbnb. “Mubeena is an outstanding host”who truly cares about her guests. I can’t wait to visit again!

1) The place is just next to river side and one can go for morning and evening stroll which is really calming 2) The stay is as great as it looks in pictures and balcony is icing on the cake 3) Best part are the hosts, they will actually treat you with all the warmth and gave great tips for the places to look around 4) I reached quite early in the morning and hosts were quite responsive and did not irate even for a single min after I called multiple times to understand few details 5) The meals served were really yummy 6) I was traveling solo so they really were thoughtful and kept a check if I am safe whenever I roaming around the town

Our stay at Kaithara Heritage Home in Kannur was an absolute delight, especially for our group of 15 (including children!). This heritage gem strikes the perfect balance between old-world charm and modern convenience, all wrapped in warm hospitality. **The Property:** Impeccably maintained and brimming with character, the property feels like a living museum. The traditional architecture, polished wooden interiors, and lush gardens create a serene atmosphere. Despite our large group, there was ample space for everyone to relax, play, and bond. The kids loved exploring the nooks and crannies, while the adults appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities (modern bathrooms, reliable Wi-Fi). Though we didn’t meet Mr. Xavier in person, he was exceptional! He responded swiftly to every query, ensuring our check-in and stay were seamless. The real stars on-site, however, were the caretakers **Titu and Shreya** – their kindness and attentiveness made. Highly recommended

It is exactly what she describes it as- Simple & elegant. I will add 'safe'. One could be assured of a safe place, clean sheets and clean bathrooms. Some very good books to read. A very good beach to walk/swim is very close by. Communicating with Mrs. Aparna was so easy as we got replies promptly and clearly. This is not the place for people who expect luxury or who want a butler service. Food she provides is very good- not spicy at all.
