On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. On request, we will be happy to offer you a homemade breakfast with local products (€12.5/pers). See you soon :)

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

La Maison de Fessanvilliers, a house with character

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available. The open and HEATED POOL (open in 2026 from May 30 to September 27)
