Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields. The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to 4 overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed also 1.60m wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.
