In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Living in a farmhouse

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Lehne Dich zurück & entspanne... Unser Einraumappartement wurde nur mit natürlichen Baustoffen erstellt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail habe ich hier Naturschiefer & Eichenholz verarbeitet. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
