Very good AirBnB. The cleaning was impeccable. The accommodation is new and comfortable. If the weather allows it, the small terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors for an aperitif. 2 locations to park the vehicle. LIDL, Paul bakery and Super U a few hundred yards from the Property.

Very nice place, with large, well-equipped rooms. We had a lovely weekend. The place is ideal for a small party with family or friends. At night, we saw a magnificent starry sky, given the little light pollution in the area. Cédric is very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is perfect for a weekend with friends, as it has 10 beds, a garden, a terrace overlooking the river, 2 barbecues and a lot of utensils. Yannick was very available and responded to all our requests. The bike shed is a real plus. The house is located 3 km from the center, and on the Loire bike route. We are very satisfied with our stay!

Beautiful house furnished with taste and everything you need to spend a good vacation. Small shops and excellent bakery nearby (you can walk there). Beautiful base to discover the region by bike. Guingette on the banks of the Loire just a few kilometers away.

very pleasant stay, the house is well arranged, we were looking for a place to meet with friends, it was up to our expectations. the indoor pool is a real plus, the terrace is large and friendly, many attentions from the owner, bottle of water in the rooms, bottle of Saumur and small welcome cake. Great house in a very peaceful location - we had a great time

We had a great weekend with friends at David's. The village in which the house is located is charming and peaceful, in the heart of the vineyards. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. We felt very good there. We enjoyed this authentic environment, away from the impersonal rentals that we can sometimes meet. We would definitely recommend this listing.

What to say? A splendid, modern and ultra comfortable home! We spent a perfect week with the family, enjoying everything: hot pool, large terrace and garden with views of the Loire, spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms with impeccable bedding, not to mention the plancha and the very comfortable living room with its huge screen, ideal for watching the Olympics. Communication with Sonia and Samuel was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you!

Our two families had a wonderful week at this beautiful house near Anger. We were blown away on arrival as the photos so not capture just how much space there is. The house is very well equipped and the pool and garden are beautiful. As we drove away, my daughter asked if we could come back again next year!! Thank you Sonia for being an excellent host. A really nice and relaxing few days. A calm or even such invigorating silence. The seawater/saltwater pool was so nice in this heat. The garden was well appointed for the tan or staying quietly in the shade under the courtyard. (without being chased by small earth turtles ahah) The exchanges with Louise-Anne and her spouse were very pleasant, booked at the beginning so as not to disturb us, until we knew each other better ... We had a really nice relaxing stay. 2 small downsides to really cheat: the bed can accommodate a 200 mattress when it was a 190, for my boyfriend had limited it on the size side 😉 And the 2nd small bed in the room, could have been a couch for a better relaxing pose to watch something when it rains. But it's really to cheat. The welcome, rental and environment were perfect.

We had a great weekend at this Airbnb! The house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to spend a pleasant and carefree time. The space is warm, functional and very clean. Special mention for the heated indoor pool: a real treat, regardless of the weather! She was clearly one of the great assets of the stay, both for relaxing and having fun. Everything has been designed for the comfort of the guests, which makes the experience really smooth and relaxing. You can feel that she puts a lot of heart into welcoming her guests, and this is reflected in every detail in the house. We had the most wonderful stay at Flavian and Nancy’s home. They made us feel very welcome and at ease. The house is beautiful and modern with some great quirky features. It is well equip with everything you could need for your stay. The pool was clean and warm and very safe for children. The area was peaceful and had many great local shops and a big supermarket near by. The garden was private and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to holiday in this year.
