Um chalé que recebe todo o frescor da Serra da Cantareira. Tem um pavimento térreo, encravado numa enorme pedra, onde está uma sala, o banheiro e a cozinha. No pavimento intermediário há o quarto, provido de varanda, de onde se vê boa parte da chácara e de onde se sente o frescor da mata. O pequeno sótão ainda não está disponibilizado. Na outra parede foi adaptada uma porta, para ter acesso à vista de trás do chalé; vê-se uma bela montanha e o gramado todo. Dedetizado em 28/03/2026
