The total space of the property is very good. The photos are identical to the ad, location for those who want perfect tranquility and peace. Erica is responsible for the days in the house, very attentive and helpful. We received all the instructions from the region such as commerce, transportation and others from Emerson. Very good stay.

We love the hospitality of those who welcomed us. The house is easy to find, but I believe a bit more prior instructions about accessing the condominium and how to get to the house would make it easier for others, but Maria was open to calls and messages and it was possible to find the place disruptive. The house is spacious, the swimming pool and very great common areas. The room fits comfortably 6 people (plus those who fit on the floor). We really love the place, I think it's worth it if you look for a quiet stay without leaving the place. Negative point maybe it would be the value on the holiday to be more than twice as many as on normal days, for only one night - I understand holiday is high demand, but I still found a value much higher than it would be without a holiday.

Our stay at Chácara da Família Batista was amazing! The space is welcoming, well cared for and perfect for gathering the family. We celebrated a birthday and everyone enjoyed it a lot - adults, children and even pets! The environment is peaceful and conducive to special moments in the midst of nature. We will definitely come back other times. I highly recommend it

We love the property, the house is well located, with enough beds for our family, well-equipped leisure area, barbecue, ping pong table. We didn't use the pool, as it was rainy and cold, but we used the fire pit and made a fire the 3 days we stayed. We simply love and intend to return. And a super important detail, the owner is Corinthian and that already deserves 5 stars.

we loved the place. lots of nature around, a beautiful view of Cantareira facing the sunrise, spacious enough for pets to have freedom but safely. very well equipped kitchen, there were also enough towels and bed linen. the pool is large and pleasant, only a nearby shower was missing. ifood covers the region well. It rained during the stay and the power was intermittent. On one of the days I needed to work (I'm a developer working from home) and I ended up losing a few hours, so I wouldn't recommend working unless the weather is good. The cottage itself is beautiful, it just needs maintenance. As soon as it rained my rhinitis attacked a lot, we think that the humidity in the wood ended up generating mold in some places over time. The barbecue area behind the pool was quite dirty, and the bathroom there had a wall covered with moss. even considering these points, the stay was worth it and I loved celebrating my 30th birthday surrounded by nature and tranquility!

The fireplace at night closes the stay with a golden key in the cold. For those who have a small pet, rest assured that the space is well enclosed. The ecological fireplace is excellent, it makes the environment very warm and it is a charm apart, we love it. We will definitely return at another time!
