La gare SNCF se situe à 10 mn à pieds. Proximité des sentiers pédestres et activités de tourisme (canoës, paddle). A 20 mn de Nantes en train, 30 mn du Puy du Fou, 50 mn des plages. L'arrivée et le départ se font en toute autonomie grâce à une boîte à clé. Maison non fumeur, nos amis les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.
