I rent an apartment for 2+2 people in one of the most beautiful and quietest streets in the center of Osijek. Only 25 m from the pedestrian bridge where is the famous Promenade promenade along the river Drava, near the famous swimming area "Copacabana". Across the street from the property is the Park Perivoj of King Tomislav and several tennis courts. From the property you have only 250 m to the main market and 500 m to the fortress and the center. Possibility of free parking in the yard. A dead end that doesn't charge parking!

Our small holiday house "Huisje Klein maar Fijn" is located in the middle of the center of the village so that many facilities are within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located less than 750 meters from the cottage. Wonderfully central and equipped with all the comforts! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We have tried to create an atmospheric ambience which we think has succeeded!

Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
