The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Come here as a family! Cottage in the closed cottage village of Mahinjauri, 5 min. walk to the sea. The entire second floor of the 2-storey cottage with separate entrance is rented. Spacious hall with two sofas ( not folding), kitchen area, large table, chairs . Two separate bedrooms with double beds, bedside tables, chiffoniers. There is air conditioning, karma heating system, gas stove, washing machine near the house. Peaceful place, clean sea, free beach, mountain air
