Holiday rentals with beach access in Malacca

The location is easy to find. A responsive host. A clean house as in the picture, the pool faces the house, happy to have a shower children monitor. Kitchenwares can be used. Pias is careful with the price charged. Highly recommended.

My fav Airbnb every time visiting PD, very cosy home, clean, quite and private surrounding. Very convenient, just walking distance to lots of restaurant and groceries. Responsive host. Home is as per photos, homey feeling. Check-in instruction easy to follow. Go through guard house at entrance to register and park car right in front of the building of the unit. Unit is at second floor (stairs only). Kitchen has got drinking water machine, fridge, appliances, pan and pots, etc. which allows us to do light cooking. Water machine dispense both hot and warm water. 1 side of the house is facing the beach and sea area, the other side is facing the pool area. Have no complaints, everything is good with the unit. Pool is quite deep so those with kids need to be cautious. Love that we could clean up at shower area at the pool side after we come back from the beach. Beach is same stretch with Villea PD. Went weekdays, not crowded. There’s monkeys around. Kids really enjoy the stay, would love to come back again. Thanks so much Timmy for having us! :)

Recommended for family with kids since it has a very spacious land space. But it couldve been great if the land is levelled so that it is easier car to move around. Other than that, love the charactheristic of the house, beach 2 mins walks, theres plenty of eateries nearby.

We've had a great staycation at Larimar House. The highlights of this place is the pool. Calm & relaxing surrounding. The house easily can accommodate 6 to 10 peoples. Sangat dekat dengan Tg Bidara & Pemgkalan Balak. Good location to stay if you want to explore Melaka.

A suitable place to stay with a private atmosphere and easy parking. Also close to the new town for basic needs such as restaurants and grovery.

Goods place for big family. Kampung environment & quiet from other noisy. Not so far with Tanjung bidara

Very convinient to access the beach. Close to eatery and if you need a quick dip, the swimming pool is available. And the place is great for a family trip, light cooking is permissble as there are utensils available for your use. Hot shower is available, lodging area is equiped with air cond.

Location is superb as nearby to a lot of shops. 2nd time booking with Kim. Need to improve on the cleanliness and maintenance. My kids love the swimming pool there , but the swimming pool a bit lack of maintenance, a lot of holes under the water. It would be better if water dispenser is provided. Overall was good.

Clean and tidy, peace and quiet. A few minutes walk to the beach but worth it for the beautiful and clean street and beach, if you want to park your vehicle by the beach it is accessible from the back street.

Easy to locate, easy to get in, security was friendly, plenty of parking spaces. Hostess was nice, surprising us with unexpected foods on our first day there, thank you! Recommended!

The view really IS all people have mentioned; we bet many videos have been taken from the balcony. The space is quiet and peaceful, and the bed was very comfortable. Nadia (and the 'admin team') were quick to respond to the little issues that arose, which we appreciated!

marvelous and cozy place to stay for the night. My only issue was the slow lift since its a 35 tall building. Easy access to mall on ground floor, got 7e and coffee if I dont feel like riding outside. Might come again when I visit Malacca again. oh ya. Vestahome very responsive in your question and the security guards there very friendly.
