Suitable for everyone who loves nature and wants to stay near the city while experiencing a stylish Swedish home with a relaxing countryside feeling.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

In Segeltorp you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, while being close to the bustling center of the city. Imagine that after a short 15 minute drive you can be in the middle of the historic center of Stockholm, surrounded by cultural heritage, iconic buildings and a plethora of entertainment opportunities.

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Welcome to our villa in Stockholm. Stay comfortably in our newly built apartment in our three-story house just south of Stockholm. Private entrance from ground floor, 15 minutes into town with the subway. Access to shared garden in summer with trampoline for children. The apartment is 40 square meters with two rooms, kitchen as well as toilet and shower. Built in 2019 and with exclusive material choices. Two rooms and kitchen one bedroom with double bed and one room with sofa bed.

The tranquility of the forest

The place is very close to nature. The wild animals, access to the forest and the tranquility are fantastic. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, so you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour.), Trosa (20min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30min). The chance to see wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see moose, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park at Öster malma, only 20 minutes from here.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
