You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

My’s garden in Trosa

Hi! Welcome to this cozy villa in Trosa. The owner has three separate houses, one of which is used as a studio. The owner lives in the main house. And the guest house is here which is in the announcement .It is about 35 square meters, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator. The guest room has a separate shower and toilet. Here, guests will share the laundry room and outdoor space with the owner. But each has its own independent outdoor space.

Ni har egen kompakt stuga, fullt utrustat kök, sängplatser för max 4 vuxna, toa, altan & utsikt över sjön. Ni har även en spa-stuga med dusch, vedeldad bastu, relaxavdelning & en vedeldad badtunna. 150 m promenad leder till en privat brygga med sandbotten. Vi har vår stuga på tomten, men vistas sällan där under er bokning, ni har allt princip helt för er själva. Kom ut och njut av tystnaden!

Kura upp dig i soffan framför brasan eller utforska fina motionslingor jämns med vattnet, där det även finns utegym, frisbeegolf och boulbana. På tomten så har jag ett litet hus som jag ibland tillbringar tid i. Välkomna hit 💫

Promenera genom skogen till Sundbyholms travbana och vidare till Sundbyholms slott som ligger intill Mälaren. 7 min promenad till Ostras egna mysiga badplats med liten strand och brygga. Närhet till Gyllenhjelmska leden.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu och pingisbord.
