The studio is well equipped, has a comfortable double bed and a sofa, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a complete bathroom, and all the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our studio has two windows overlooking an inner courtyard known as a 'corrala', which forms the heart of the building. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a weekend or longer stay. The bed can be lifted up to the ceiling to provide more space during the day, while still offering a comfortable and quiet place to sleep at night.

Centric historic flat with view to plaza

The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.
