City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Fabulously friendly and helpful hosts. They picked us up from and dropped us off at the bus station. The apartment is very clean comfortable and well equipped. Free bikes made our experience especially great as they kindly fixed a puncture on the best 1 for my size. Highly recommend.

Perfect property, comfortable and extremely clean!. The only drawback is that its rather far from the city center and there is no public transport. But it was just our situation, if you come with your car or you ride a bicycle, the location is better the benefit than the drawback.
