The log cabin is located in the countryside of the village of Löa. The cabin has no electricity or running water so here you cook in the wood stove, get water in the pump and get to use the toilet, just like it was before. If it's too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Gasoline powered fridge to store food in. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safaris with the cabin owner as guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft to rent.

Hairdryer/Flat-curling iron. Cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, personal hygiene products. Basic spices & cooking supplies. Cleaning fee SEK250. Request when booking. Animals are allowed for extra fee of SEK250.

Traditional countryside house near eco area lake Norra Barken and 10 km drive to nearest shops. The house has one bedroom with 2 bunk bed for 4 people, one bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with bed sofa, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a kitchen and a spacious veranda. The lake and wonderful green field give possibilities for fun activities. Near there are a ski resorts - Rome Alpin, museums, golf, the unique Falugruva. Possibility to rent more houses, with 2 or more beds.

Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Vacker natur att ströva i. Mitt i byn finns ett fik, 1 km från boendet. Värden bor på övervåningen, separat ingång från andra gaveln, och svarar gärna på frågor.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences.
