Refugio Piren is located in the exclusive CONDOMINIO LA HELVETIA, 10 km from Corracalco and 1 km from the Piedra Cortada Reserve River and 2 km from the town of Malalcahuello and 38 km from Conguillido Park. The condominium has controlled access with reception. Refugio Piren has 160 square meters of built area. Tiny House for 3 people, 7 km from Conguillio

Simple and jovial tiny house for 3 people (equipped with all the essentials) in a quiet place, located 17 km from Curacautín, close to various attractions such as Conguillío National Park, Laguna Negra, Salto del Captren, Termas Río Blanco, among others. There is an almost vertical ladder to access the room (dangerous for young children and uncomfortable for people with limited mobility) The 250 meters before the tiny house are not suitable for very low vehicles.

From our plot you can have beautiful views of the mountain range that forms Sollipulli.
