Absolutely incredible stay! Par en Par was even more beautiful than the photos. The views were truly breathtaking — we could see the ocean from every room and loved the privacy each space offered. The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and perfectly set up for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. The pool was a dream — clean, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. The service was top notch. Omer was responsive, helpful, and always friendly. Any questions and requests were answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip! Villa Koa was everything we hoped for and more. The house is spacious, beautifully laid out, and the beds were super comfy. The backyard and views were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and catching up. Just a heads-up: the villa is nestled in the mountains/jungle, so bugs are part of the experience—but nothing unexpected for the setting and totally manageable. You’ll definitely need a 4x4 with high clearance (we had a Suzuki Jimny and it handled the road great). The house is not walkable to town or restaurants, so having a car is a must. Special shoutout to Sophie, the concierge—she was amazing! She gave us fantastic local recommendations and helped plan some great outings. We had a brief issue with the hot water, but concierge responded immediately and maintenance got it sorted right away. Already planning our return next year—can’t wait!

Great location right at the top of the hill. Pool overlooking the trees. We saw monkeys from the back deck. The hosts were very helpful in recommending local spots. They even included surf lessons for us. The town it is located in is small and private but it is only 15 minutes to Santa Theresa where there are a lot more food options. Roads are a bit rough but manageable. We had an excellent time and would recommend this spot to anyone!

There were six of us at Felicitas's house and we had a wonderful time. The pool is amazing and was especially loved by our kids. The house is the last house in front of the entrance to the national park. We have seen many animals from the garden - including red macaws, howler monkeys, scorpions, and the toads in the pond. On the terraces we could eat very well and sit in the evening. A car is recommended as we did not see any buses there.

Absolutely fantastic - 5 stars! We had a wonderful time at this place! The view is simply breathtaking!! Waking up every morning with a view like this is priceless. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, you can immediately see how much value is placed on quality here. The hostess was incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. She was there for us with tips about the area and made our stay even more pleasant. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation and would love to come back! Tanias Casita is a very lovely place just a short drive away from Montezuma center. It‘s a lovely place surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the casita, the pool and the nearby surroundings. We didn‘t have a car so we had to either take a taxi uphill (5000 colon) or walk a short but very steep bit. We can definitly recommend Tanias place - she‘s a wonderful host. And if you stay there don‘t miss out on the butterfly garden next door and a cool drink in the butterfly brewery.

Had an insanely beautiful stay at Casa Marmara! Spent 2 weeks surrounded by beautiful nature & felt right at home. The house is STUNNING. It felt so open & relaxing with the doors that open fully & the pool right outside. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the cleaner came every 3 days! The beds were super comfortable, AC was very powerful, and had no issues the entire stay. Ricardo was super responsive and always replied quickly when we had any questions or needed recommendations! The road to the house is rough, so definitely have a 4x4 car or rent a quad in ST, but it’s the perfect mix of close to town and private/quiet. Very safe neighborhood as well! Cannot recommend this place enough, definitely coming back for another getaway in the future!!

Carlie was very responsive and helpful, she left detailed instructions, we had no issues finding the location or getting situated. The home is very spacious, we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balconies, we were able to appreciate the sound of howling monkeys on several occasions and were able to get a good view of them as well! the home is within walking distance to the beach although we had small children so we drove each time, restaurants and shops are within 5-15 minute driving distance to the home, there are several beach options which is great! the home has laundry, a huge bonus for us.

We stayed for one 1 month at Joe's place and what can I say, it was awesome. Joe himself is very kind, responsive and super chilled. He even made food for us and invited us to hang out with his friends and come to party. The hospitality was incredible. The place itself was beautiful. It is the middle of the jungle, surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and cool animals. Very private as well. In the middle is a pool and a community place where people come together and hang out. I loved the kitchen at our house, the big fridge, the balcony and everything else. I also had a special request about synthetic fragrances where Joe made sure they avoid it before I come and I’m really thankful for that. The beach is right in front of the house, a little grocery store 5min walk and Santa Teresa is like 5min by car. The people in Costa Rica are also very friendly and kind. I can highly recommend staying at Joe's place. Thank you Joe!!

Malena's place is absolutely stunning and the perfect home base to explore Santa Teresa from. Waking up to the sunrise every morning looking out over the jungle and the mountains was magical, every detail of the place and property is beautiful, and Malena was an awesome host!

We absolutely loved this place. It’s gorgeous and serene and a perfect blend of shared space and privacy in the bedroom/bathroom suites. Pat and crew were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara’s place. The location was excellent - it felt very private, nestled in the jungle, but also a short drive to the main strip and beaches. Despite the bathroom being open air, we saw almost no bugs and none in the downstairs unit (a big positive for my fearful girlfriend). The place itself was charming and tastefully designed. Clara was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again!

The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, super close to the beach, nice and safe. They always answered us super fast and even helped us with some things we left on the stay. Very friendly and a beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and wonderfully quiet – a true retreat. Its location was perfect, with the surfing area being an easy walk away. The house itself was very comfortable and we felt completely safe. Communication with the host was fantastic

I had a great stay! Anne-Laure is a wonderful host—she made sure my check-in went smoothly and helped me out multiple times during my stay. Maria and Martin are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful and lots of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Walking distance to Playa Mar Azul with great tide pools for little ones. Short drive to town but outside of busy Santa. The wifi was fine for personal use but not suitable for business if you are planning to work on your stay. The property is lovely but there is no ocean view as the photos listed suggest. Otherwise as pictured and lovely all around!

We had the best time at Richards place, and loved the location being right next to Rocobar to grab a bite to eat. The beach is amazing, we would definitely book again.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, beautifully designed, and well-stocked the space was. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — they made sure we had everything we needed and even left a few personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal — close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were relaxing on the patio, enjoying the local scenery, or cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one truly stands out. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Everything was amazing including the chef I hired. The massage therapist for my retreat was top notch. Marisel the house manager was top of the line! She was very responsive and took care of all of my needs for my women's retreat as well and scheduled the massages and transportation. Sergio our driver for our excursions was the best. The customer service was phenomenal. My only challenge was I scheduled a beach picnic, and the description said there was a path to the beach. This is a path right along the driveway separated by greenery (not sure why the path was even built when you can just walk down the driveway and end up in the same place and easier. This path includes about 50 steps and about 8/10 cement stepping-stones that lead to a gate, you then walk across the street to another path that's not good for elderly or anyone with knee/hip/leg challenges as it's over debris, rocks, roots, water, mud etc and at least another 1000 steps if not more (not good at distance).

Loved staying at Dave’s house in Malpais! The location is great with beach just on the other side of the street. The house was very tranquil and well stocked with everything I needed. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful place just on the edge of Santa Teresa.

Casa Tina was a gem. We had a wonderful vacation with our 3-generation family. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the outdoor facility. Thank you!

A wonderful clean place with everything you would need for your Costa Rica vacation.

The house is absolutely spectacular, the views are wonderful, I would say that the house lacks a bit of maintenance in the green areas, the Refri from below almost does not cool and the amenities offered needed the gas grill. However, none of this prevented us from having an excellent stay and that the communication with Max was very kind at all times.
