In the hart of the historic Malta, set right at the magnificent waterfront of the oldest of the Three cities (founded by the Knights in 1552), this apartment offers stunning views, authentic historical setting for the sophisticated traveler and all the modern conveniences at a knock-down price! Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. These features include traditional patterned tiles (to keep the weary traveler's feet cool in the heat), traditional Maltese balcony insightfully converted into a dining room with breath-taking views of the Grand harbour and the cities of Valletta and Vittoriosa (beautiful settings should finally be counted as the necessary condition for healthy eating and living!). This lovely sea front townhouse is situated exactly in the heart of Marsaskala village. It has a street level private entrance leading to a living area. Further in there is a kitchen, a spare toilet and a small yard. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is another double bedroom and a single bedroom with bunk-beds. On the roof level there is another bathroom and a lovely roof ideal for entertaining. Both double bedrooms enjoy sea views.

Further, you will find a nice wooden kitchen equipped with all that you need for cooking and having meals. Upstairs there is a living room featuring numerous pictures, Italian handmade seating area and an Ambilight Philips TV. Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms (on a pay-per-use card meter) - quiet location with friendly neighbours - 5 minutes away from the Ferry Harbour that goes between Malta and Gozo - restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. During your holiday we will do our best so you can have the best holiday possible. We can help you organize car hire and airport transfers. Our housekeeper and pool cleaner will visit the house weekly to clean the house and change the bed sheets and towels.
