The tenant brings their own towels, bedclothes and sheets. But can be rented if needed. Soap and cleaning equipment are in the apartment. The tenant is responsible for their own cleaning. The second floor is under renovation and closed to guests.

The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Beach and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for mountain climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city center. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Welcome to Skogrand, which my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summer house in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center.
