This was my second stay at this house. My family and I enjoyed our stay the first time we just knew that we would come back and stay again when we came back to Nicaragua. Toto was a great host always súper responsive. This place i would always recomend to people when visiting Nicaragua

The house is very safe, clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the main street where public transport passes. That detail should be taken into account if a car is not rented. Very friendly host and always available.

We are very happy to have stayed at Leonel's property. The location is perfect, close to a shopping area where there is a supermarket, which made it accessible for us and close to our relatives. The house is spacious, cozy, very peaceful, and very functional for my family's needs. Leonel took very good care of us and our needs, and without any mishap. Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

Very good, everything is clean and cozy

Its a good location and walkable to many places. The place met my needs as I traveled alone. Aida was a good host with good communication. The downside of my stay was that it was very noisy as is right next to a bus/taxi pickup. Honking all day. The next door neighbors also decided to play music on a loud speaker outside at all hours of the the night.

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

We had a good stay. The place is clean and simply furnished. The area is quite quiet. There are restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. Everything's great - Thanks Mac!

The place was wonderful. It was well furnished and very clean. The people were very courteous and Rodolfo was a wonderful host, responded quickly and I felt like he was always within my reach although I didn't even meet him. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint if any is that it is kind of away from the City and I didn't find many places to eat or go for entertainment. Other than that I absolutely loved the place.

It is a very spacious, bright, clean, and organized place. The sector is very quiet, with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. I felt very comfortable at all times, they were aware of me, they gave me recommendations and help, very useful. My experience was excellent, extremely recommended that they host here.

Maria was the kindest host. The place was serene and gorgeous- we felt right at home. She recommended the best restaurants in Managua and even Granada. The place was just as listed. Quiet at night, easy to locate, decorated with impeccable taste. We will definitely be back. Many thanks!

It is not a paved street where the house is located, you need a vehicle with good tires and traction, in front there is a soccer field, there is not much to ask for based on price quality, it resolves at least! Attention and communication was always constant and without delays, plus.

Alvaro was very helpful and always available. Check-in and checkout was flexible and went smoothly. The only thing that could be improved would be a larger trash can in the kitchen, or another trash can in the bathroom. All in all highly recommended!
