Dayana's place is good and in a good location. So many groceries and restaurants around. The place has all aminenities but It needs an Air-conditioning as the weather gets extreme to 40. but the host is a great listener and will do what it takes to make the guest comfortable

Very nice home. Very convenient if needed to stay near the airport it is about a 4 minute drive. Ricardo was great at communicating and very helpful with everything. Would most definitely stay again.

100% recomendado, ideal para ambiente familiar, es un punto medio entre el Nindiri y el Raizón, aunque no cuenta con aire acondicionado el clima suele ser agradable porque la vivienda cuenta con. suficiente ventilación, la entrega de la llave es muy novedosa, no tiene ausencia de servicio de agua, cuenta con internet. el anfitrión responde muy pronto. suficiente estacionamiento hasta para un microbús. organizandose se puede optimizar el uso de los dos baños disponibles. tiene su propia cocina con utelicilios, lavadora, refrigeradora, ollas, cafetera, en fin, si están de viaje y necesitan tomar un descanso en su itinerario o tenerlo como punto de partida para diversos puntos turísticos, este AirBnb es ideal. El precio es justo! felicidades Anfitriones!

Great home, all amenities are included and they were very responsive to any need( my man Julio and his team) Property is in a gated community with peaceful and comfortable secure living. They definitely covered all the small details, appliances and items you don’t even realize how important it is to have. I recommend this place for anyone, just be mindful of treating it like it your own home. They show great details in how home is set up and how important is to satisfy the guest, so take care of things for the next guest using it. That will be me again! Lol . By the way , main avenue Carretera Masaya had everything restaurants supermarkets and local Nicaraguan food stores selling legit Nica food. Thank me later.

It was a great stay at the lovely house inside a gated community. The private beach access was perfect. It’s a beautiful place. There are few details which would make the stay even better especially outdoors but the good price made it up for it. I had a great work flow, even though at certain times of the day it got very hot in the house which was then the perfect time to go for a swim. I slept very good, the area is very quiet. There are few small local tiendas on the road to find fruit & vegetables as well as basic groceries-if you come without a car like me. The massage at Casa marimba was a highlight. If you seek some quiet time to focus on work or other projects without getting distracted/disturbed much, this is the perfect place.

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

We had a great time at Jeffrey's. The home is large and comfortable and the views of the lagoon are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

I spent 8 days at Casa Lila, I loved the place, No noise, Private, very safe and with space for family reunion, more than it looks in pictures, with all necessary described in the amenities. Absolutely felt in love with this house! Felt right at home and so peaceful! I felt asleep the first night in the couch upstairs and waking up to see sunrise and sounds of the birds was magical! Loveeeeed my stay, can’t wait to return!

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

We love Bella’s place. It’s clean, spacious with free on street parking. The bed was woth nice net to prevent mosquitoes. She use additional measures to prevent mosquitoes in the room. She provided eggs and another materiel for simple breakfast which is very nice. The lake is in the property. Will stay again when we are back. Highly recommended.

Salvador accommodated my families special requests to help us feel more safe and secure. He even let us check in a little early which was very helpful. And he left a few water bottles in the fridge which were delightful to have upon arrival. Salvador did provide extra towels in each bedroom which was nice to have. Body soap was provided in each bathroom which is appreciated. He left salt and sugar for use in the kitchen which was also appreciated. The blankets and beds were comfortable. There’s lots of neighborhood cats and dogs which the kids loved to see. The A/C units were amazing and very luxurious to have at an extra cost.

hote sympathique et logement propre et fonctionnel. le point négatif c'est que la rue est très bruillante et qu'il ce situe à proximité d'un bar ou la musique est forte et insupportable.

Quedarnos en la casa de Maritza fue una experiencia excelente. La casa es preciosa, muy limpia , ordenada y con todos los detalles bien cuidados, desde el primer momento los anfitriones amables u atentos , siempre pendientes que estuviéramos cómodos disfrutando de la estadía nos sentimos muy cómodos , además tuvo el gesto de ofrecernos de comprendernos con el late checkout lo cual fue un gran detalle.
