Don Gilberto is an excellent host, his apartments are in a central and privileged area in the capital Managua, the apartments have everything you need and make you feel like you are in your own home.

We had a great time in Gran Pacifica. I think the host should be a super host. We really felt like home. The unit is very spacious. Much-needed space if you have kids. The resort amenities are also great. We will definitely schedule another stay soon.

We loved the place, since you enter there is private security, they are very friendly, there is space to park the vehicle, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, you could rest without any noise, the water pressure was very good, the air conditioning cooled very well, we had everything you need to feel comfortable. Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.
