Our gîte, located in Percy-en-Normandie, offers in a wooded and enclosed park, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as a Queen Size mattress on the mezzanine. The mezzanine opens to the living room. The accommodation is suitable for 4/5 people (35 m2) We live in a house opposite the accommodation. The grounds are completely enclosed. The indoor pool (10 m x 5 under dome) is accessible and heated from mid-April to the end of September only. The pool is covered with an XXL shelter Wi-Fi + Netflix

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

The annex of the old presbytery

You will stay in the annexe of an old Priest's house, by the side of the church in a village between Bayeux and the Normandy War beaches, renovated by the owners, who are a French-English couple. You will probably cross their lovely dogs, Tokyo, a bearded collie Atlas and Arya, her babies born in august 2025, and their cat Sushi. Our accommodation is in the countryside, close to beaches and family-friendly activities. Hiking on the customs trail or on rural paths is available to you from our doorstep.
