This is our second visit in the Recycle House. It’s such a lovely oasis. We love all the unique touches and creative uses of materials throughout the house. The location just steps from the charming town of Chester could not be better. The perfect CT weekend getaway!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay at Michael’s place. The home is very welcoming and comfortable. There’s lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked, more so than most other kitchens in homes we’ve stayed in. Everything was a described. Michael was a very good host. He communicated proactively and was very responsive to questions. We would stay again.

Mr. Andrew was great! Made sure we didn't go without. On my next trip I would LOVE to come back. I felt right at home.

This was an excellent place for our family to stay, for other family members & friends who stayed elsewhere, to periodically stop by for food. I will recommend this place every time I hear someone coming this way. It appears that Carol has hosted many people from diverse backgrounds because there were condiments that we were pleasantly surprised to find in the kitchen cabinets. Thanks Carol, for putting so much thought into this house.

We had an amazing stay at Peter’s home by Saint Clement’s Castle for our wedding weekend! From start to finish, Peter was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with the details of our stay, which helped make a busy and emotional weekend so much smoother. The home itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. Every room felt comfortable and inviting, and the clean, updated aesthetic made it the perfect place to relax between events and get ready for our big day. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat during a very special time in our lives. This place is absolutely gorgeous. I spent quite a bit of time just exploring the grounds with my dog. It was too cold to use the pool but it was still beautiful to look at and a nice view while I was cooking/washing dishes. I appreciate the tour I received when I arrived to show me around. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to book again in the future.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean Airbnb. Had an issue with the shower, which can happen anywhere, Mk was super responsive and came over quickly. Loved loved loved our stay here. Didn’t use the swimming pool due to weather but the screened deck with the Fire Pit and the superb game room saved the day. Thank you for hosting us will be back

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

We had a great stay. The apartment is peaceful and clean. I particularly loved the soaking tub! Jared was very responsive to all my questions and provided great coffee for the morning.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

Very nice place, beautiful big deck, awesome creativity to the lighting around the property. A walking path, fire pit, hot tub, big deck to relax on, and a fully equipped stage. It is a step above camping but not quite glamping. A lot of fun, and Apple is a sweet bonus hostess.

Patrick and Monica were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were communicative, helpful, and especially great with our dogs. We loved the property and left feeling fully rested. We would love to come back!

Went with family for a weekend trip. Tracy and Patrick’s home is lovely, very beautiful and well maintained. And everyone enjoyed including my kid who found a lot of toys to play.

Julie's cottage is so nice! The drive to and from is beautiful and peaceful with woodland scenes everywhere. The cottage is fully stocked in the kitchen, bath, and laundry. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It's all here! Julie is also very responsive and helpful when needed. This is the best in the area! Once you stay here, other AIRBNB locations seem to be lacking.

My family and dog really enjoyed the cozy cabin. The yard is fun. While the stairs are challenging as described... it was also fun. While small, it has everything you need. as mentioned in other reviews, it is pretty close to the road. Our check-in with Lois was smooth and all the information we needed. it was great being able to walk over to the trail. Thank you so much.

This was the PERFECT getaway pit stop for me and my family from a long day of driving. The host were fast, responsive, and helpful. If I am ever in the area again this will be my go to place.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and close to everything we needed. Decor was beautiful. We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay, but Anthony was extremely respectful and responsive, quickly addressing everything we brought up. Check-in and check-out were smooth and very convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and we’d definitely want to stay again.

me and kids was there for a mini getaway and everyone had their on bed which was dope a.f..my 10 yo nephew played on trampoline..for extended stay she has washer and dryer (we spent one night didn't use it) only complaint I have is when I took a shower it was a leaning curve with the water temp I couldn't figure the thing out my kid had to help me figure it out besides that place is great imo

Leah’s place was perfect for our little family… we needed a place to stay with our 3 dogs while we refinished the flooring at our house. We love Glastonbury and were excited to stay for a few days. The house was close to the highway to get to work but still had a country feel. The dead end street made it feel safe to walk our dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfy while away from home. There were a few things marked to be renovated while we were there however, it didn’t affect our stay. Leah was so responsive and sweet to our family. I would definitely stay there again!
