Holiday rentals with a patio in Mandaue City

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The flat felt homey. Location is near the best hang-out places in Cebu, but also quietly tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. It had evrything I needed. Host had all the written instructions laid out very well already, but was also very quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend this place! The guards at the ground floor were also very helpful.

This place to stay really felt very safe and comfortable, but only one key was provided which would have been a bit more troublesome for multiple people to act separately, but later the front desk was also very thoughtful, and the host couple made it feel like a home away from home.

Nice studio. Comfortable. Very nice view, day and night. 17th floor. Building is nice and well kept. Small mall with super market and atms almost across the street.

This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. I had a great 3-night stay at Median Condo. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, cafes, and malls. The check-in was smooth and communication with the host (Ms. Mae) was easy & helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Cebu City!

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

The house or should I say mansion was amazing so spacious & even though the house is high up in the hills so it was cooler, every room had its own AC unit. The whole family loved it! The caretaker was great as well, able to sort anything that I needed including booking a taxi. This place was great & very peaceful & secure, I highly recommend this place.

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

The place was perfect for our family. Had lots of activities to do. The caretaker was also very hands on with what we needed. Highly recommended

We were in Cebu / Lapu2x for the week, Dana's place was comfortably located near my son's football training camp in the vicinity. Instantly the house felt like home. The 2nd bedroom with an office table setup was perfect - had a full day virtual meet & productive focused work. Dana was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the place for families.

The room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is central, but getting anywhere requires more than just walking distance, which has to take a taxi. it’s definitely great value, and I would stay here again next time.

I reached out to the host last minute as I have to work due to some internet connectivity issues at home. The host responded within 10 minutes and I couldn’t be more grateful as I was able to log on time. The place was spotless and cozy! I would definitely stay here longer next time. Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

A great stay! Sir Pinky was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The space was spotless and really well taken care of! Clearly a lot of thought and effort went into making guests feel comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again
