Holiday rentals with a kayak in Mandeville

Short stay of 2 nights at "Le toqué" of Joanie, which we greatly enjoyed. The photos in the listing are really representative. We were able to rest there, enjoy the spa and cook good meals because the kitchen is really well equipped! From the first night, Joanie takes care to ensure that her guests are comfortable and satisfied! Perfect communication! If you are looking for a cozy, clean place with a lot of convenience, I highly recommend Joanie's property!

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

This was the perfect place to stay for a little getaway! The view from the cottage was absolutely remarkable. We had so much fun out on the water and enjoyed every minute of our stay! We hope to be back one day.✨

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage over the weekend. The place is very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing escape from the city. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The only issue we encountered was with the boat access area. The ladder used to get out of the kayak needs some repairs—there are a few loose nails, and it’s quite difficult to climb safely. I would recommend fixing this for a better and safer experience for guests using the kayaks. Aside from that, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this cottage and would love to come back again!

We loved our weekend at this cottage, we recommend it 100% if you want a relaxing time in nature, you can't go wrong, it's the perfect place, very quiet. Great location with the river around the cottage. The chalet is super beautiful and well decorated, very well equipped with everything you need. Also the host responds very quickly which is a plus. We will definitely go back and don't hesitate to rent this chalet, go for it, you won't be disappointed!

The place is very relaxing, the beds and sheets are comfortable. Everything was perfect!! The only small thing, the spa did not reach the temperature, but that did not prevent us from enjoying it. Yannick was super friendly, I would rent this place again!

Unforgettable vacation! Wonder home in the wilderness. Perfection!

Chris’s place is one of the best stay’ve been to. Some of the highlights were as follows but for us the biggest was the tiny little waterfall and steam next to the house. With windows open, the perpetual sound of water flowing through the stream was out of nature’s best book!! Other highlights included: - Gorgeous and spic clean home - Lots of ways you can engage kids - Completely equipped home from kitchen to baths, to games, to kayaks - Chis was always available to support and respond. The only negative we’ve experienced was that house could be better equipped against mosquitoes. We could barely enjoy the gorgeous outdoors deck or the hot-tub due to mosquitoes. We certainly dont expect Chirs can take care of them all, but some more measures like covering the bath tub area or upper deck would make the place like a dream!! That said, we are ever so thankful for the opportunity to stay here, and what’ll always be a cherished memory!

We booked this beautiful chalet for two days of the honeymoon tour and it was a very comfortable stay and everything was clean and tidy, this chalet provides everything even in the smallest details, everything is in this beautiful place, a person does not need to go out of this place to look for fun, just sitting in the jacuzzi on the lake makes you feel that you are in heaven😍We look forward to visiting this place again in the future 🙏🏻

We loved our stay in this house ideally located to discover the Mauricie Park. The host was very responsive and warm, which immediately put us at ease. It feels like home! The garden and veranda are real assets: perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. A very nice place that we highly recommend!

Very beautiful cottage, immersed in nature. Equipped with everything that you need. A beautiful chalet to go and get away and relax in nature. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Sam was a wonderful host and very responsive whenever we had any questions. The place was stunning, and you can tell that a lot of thought went into the decor. We made a couple of minor recommendations and I hope they take that into consideration for future visitors. The amenities were as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip there. We’re looking forward to visiting again.

My second time visiting Boldairpur, and just as wonderful as the first. The tiny homes are always spotlessly clean and are equipped with anything you’d need. Everyone is so welcoming, including Leeloo and the cats. The location is perfect and having access to a clean bathroom generously equipped with towels is a bonus. The highlight of our stay was being accompanied on an hour walk by the orange and tortoise shell kittens who are the best of friends and straight out of a story book. We had a wonderful stay — everything was just like in the listing and perfectly prepared when we arrived, which made us feel instantly at home. The thoughtful touches really stood out, and we especially appreciated the pie waiting for us — such a kind gesture! The house was super clean, cozy, and had a great selection of board games and outdoor activities to keep us entertained. The lake nearby was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Just one tip: don’t forget to bring some bug spray if you plan to spend time outside. We’d definitely love to come back!
