Apartment holiday rentals in Mandovi River

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

It was an impeccable stay for me. Everything was on point, the location, apartments, nature, cleanliness, response from the team, (snacks basket)and so on. The pool made the place even better. Go for it guys. Overall 9/10. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing trip. The host was very responsive, polite, and helpful throughout the stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. One small suggestion would be to add an exhaust fan in the washroom for better ventilation. Apart from that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Staying at Ami's place in Goa truly felt like home! The cozy atmosphere made for the most comfortable sleep, and every corner was squeaky clean. Thoughtful little notes around the house added a personal touch, making everything easy to navigate. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

Very cute and clean place. Peaceful and calming. No disturbance of any kind. Has everything needed.

Nandan is friendly and responsive, which is great. A box of cookies on the house from the host was a lovely touch. A spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood with huge balconies, which I love. All amenities provided for a relaxing outing. Only the apartment does not have grocery stores or eateries in close proximity. A vehicle is a must for ease of movement.

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

The place was really nice I have stayed previously also at this house/holiday complex and u really liked it that’s why I booked property at same location and this property offered by Terrence was very nice and clean. We were a big family of nine and this three bedroom apartment was too sufficient for us. The amenities in the complex like swiming pool was a plus as kids really enjoyed it. It is walkable from Candolim beach like 2km. This place is full of green surroundings and very quiet and relaxing if you want to have a stay in day as well. The WiFi was great the smart TV had OTT options again kids loved watching while we were at home(yes calling home as it felt like it) the only drawback is kitchen is too small but again when you go on holidays you don’t really want to cook at home but still if you want to you can. Zomato delivers here so you can also order food online. The vibe of the place was awesome. I liked it and I will book this place again.
