It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

my friends and I booked this place for 6 days and this is by far one of our favourite stays ever. Charles, Reece and Bishnu were fantastic hosts. generous, hospitable, caring and attentive. Special thanks to Bishnu for being so wonderful and accommodating. couldn't recommend this place enough

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. The place was amazing and exactly matched the description. Overall, me and my friends had an amazing time there and we really look forward to visit again soon.

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Villa is very spacious with large rooms, large balconies and an amazing dining pool area. Furniture, linen and Kitchen were top notch maintained and this was the best villa we stayed in. We moved across multiple properties during our stay. Mobile network signal isn't that great here and so is the case in most of Goa the caretaker and the host both were accommodative and tried their best to do as much as they could. Cleanliness & Hygiene were never an issue and the vibe of the property is very different. you could spend hours enjoying the different spaces of the property be it pool, room balconies or the terrace. Absolutely worth the money and would recommend everyone to stay at this place if a little travel isnt an issue.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The place was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The location was perfect, close to all the good cafes and beaches but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout, offering great local tips and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The ambiance of the property was just perfect for a Goan escape—great vibe, lovely interiors, and a nice outdoor area to unwind. This stay truly made our trip memorable. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quality and hassle-free stay in Goa. Would love to come back again! Caretaker Heera was also very kind and cordial.

Good stay at the villa, neat and clean house with room that we're ready to occupy. major places were nearby so apt location for restaurants bar beaches and tourist spots. highly recommend the place

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

Loved our stay here! The place looked just like the photos - clean, cozy, and well-kept. The hosts were super helpful and always quick to respond. The pool was spotless and perfect for a relaxing dip. It’s also in a prime location, really close to the beach with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!

We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

It was very great experience to stay in this villa Shweta was very cooperative and helpful . As i was travelling with my cat i needed pet friendly villa and i got it right here . House helper guy was very nice genuine person. Thank you so much for everything ❤️❤️ would surely like to come next time and recommend others too .

What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby, yet the place felt peaceful and secluded, offering just the right amount of privacy. Probably one of the best Airbnbs in Mandrem a good lifestyle set up . Quite spacious and artistically designed with beautiful colors .Quite peaceful and safe . Caretaker was very helpful . Locality people also we’re really warm too .Highly recommend this if you are looking for a private home set up .

Calm, cozy, and charming, with a balcony view featuring mango and coconut trees that’ll have you questioning all your life choices (like why you don’t live here already). Parking? Check. Peace?
