if you are looking for a quiet place, strategically located, clean, with a super easy check-in and check-out this is the place since we arrived we felt that we were in our summer house, very comfortable and faithful to the photos. We had the basic implements at hand to live the days we were there. there was never a shortage of water. the distance (by vehicle as was our case) is very strategic, 8 min from the foodkart, 5 min from farmatodo, a place to do market also between 5 and 8 min. 12 minutes from the business center, CC La Vela, another Pharmatodo, places to eat, CC Sambil, and large supermarkets such as Rio In general, everything was super nice. Places like this lodging remind you of the golden ages of the island. Book this place with the confidence that you and your family will love it. An important detail is that the pools are very beautiful and they have daily maintenance, which is a super plus after you arrive from a day at the beach. don't hesitate to stay with Manuelita.

The first time we visited the island, we went for 7 days and stayed 10, that means we liked it a lot, that apartment on the 9th floor has a desired view, the elevator is available 24/7, the pool is spectacular, the electricity doesn't go out; you can walk to the beach and restaurants in 3 min, by the way that Pampatar bay has nothing to envy to the island of cars, "you can snorkel, ride a jet ski, banana, fish, find fresh fish on the beach for $1 and $2.5 per kilo, a good large lobster $10"... Andrea's service was excellent, very attentive and kind, the apartment lacked nothing, she helped us with the issue of tourist packages and transfer on the island, really 100% recommended. We traveled for Santa week and rented the big house, it was a pleasant surprise, four rooms each with its bathroom, the social areas, the dining room, living room on another floor with a high ceiling and super spacious and beautiful, a family room , and of course a pool with its charming jacuzzi that does not cause it to leave. The location of the privileged house, at the beginning of the Pampatar boulevard with everything nearby, where you can walk to everyone, the automarat, the famous Pampatar empanadas, the signature restaurants to eat every day in a different one, walks during the night on the beach. The location of the house is privileged. But the best attention and care in having her guests have a good time with Mrs. Emma, Mr. Rafael and of course the great José , a spectacular person who helps you from loading your bags , making the grills next to the pool, shopping, a man of a great heart and delivery. We were warmly welcomed and the host was very friendly and proactive in helping us get what we needed on the island. They were always attentive to us and made us feel right at home. The apartment is extremely cozy and comfortable to rest. All the amenities worked properly. In addition, the pool was always clean and there was security in the building. The area is also very nice and quiet. A few blocks away there is a small shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy and very good restaurants. Check-out was also on time. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.
